The MilliporeSigma x Nucleate Future Leaders Fellowship is a 12-week experiential program designed to expose emerging life science leaders to the commercial side of biotechnology. We are accepting paid fellows ($3,600 per fellow) from California (Berkeley/UCSF), Texas (UT Austin/Rice/UH), and North Carolina (Duke).

Fellows will gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and market engagement while learning directly from MilliporeSigma professionals and mentors. Participants will complete a guided project within their regional life science ecosystem. The program is open to graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and trainees interested in exploring non-traditional career paths in the life sciences.

This is a unique opportunity to build transferable commercial skills, expand your professional network, and gain insight into how innovation in science meets impact in business.
