Elizabeth Allen

Senior Administrator, EBRC

Elizabeth is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran who served for 12 years as a Food Service Officer. She joined EBRC as a Senior Administrator in August 2024 and brings extensive experience in operations, hospitality, and organizational management. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Outside of work, she is an avid BookTok reader who enjoys discovering new books and sharing recommendations. When she’s not reading, you can find her exploring the woods of Maine with her three children, embracing the outdoors through hiking and adventure.
